This cake was for my 3 year old (2008). It is of "Rocket" from the Little Einsteins show. My friend iced it for me as I hadn't tried fondant yet. I used 2 cupcakes for each rocket engine with a graham cracker at the top, a tootsie pop for the antenna, and just shaped the sheet cakes on my own.
