These snowmen are super easy, but messy and time consuming to make. You have to have melting chocolate, along with icing to pipe, candy to add, and hand dip the hats (did I mention its messy?). But my 4 yr old did most of the work, and she had a blast, so it was well worth it.
After putting the 3 marshmallows on the stick, you dip them in white chocolate and set to dry. Then you take 1/2 marshmallow and stick it to 1/2 oreo for the hat, and dip them in dark chocolate and set them aside to dry. Once dry, use icing for the eyes and carrot nose, then to "glue" the candies on for the buttons. I've seen them done with scarves too, but I didn't do those.
